Application Engineer (AE)

Role Overview:

We are seeking individuals who possess excellent creative, technical, and interpersonal skills. These skills support the Auros AE’s role as a technical consultant. Auros AEs will advocate, educate, and assist in all relevant matters during the adoptions of the Auros platform by a customer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact and customer interface to gather system requirements from Auros software customers
  • Convey Auros system requirements to software development team members
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to define system requirements
  • Assist in the implementation of new program solutions
  • Facilitate the upkeep of customer standards through providing engineering and process expertise within our Auros knowledge management system
  • Exercise diplomacy in resolving issues related to the engineering process and conflicting customer performance expectations
  • Assist in internal test, and R&D efforts

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field

Role Overview:
We are looking for a QA Engineer to advance our test automation, increase coverage, and support quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, the Tech Lead, and other QA professionals to build robust automated testing frameworks and help evolve our CI/CD pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, and UI tests)
  • Collaborate with developers to define testable acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Increase automated regression test coverage and integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Conduct performance, load, and security testing for both SaaS and on-prem deployments
  • Contribute to identifying, tracking, and resolving software quality issues
  • Actively participate in Kanban-based planning and QA activities
  • Help establish and maintain a shared Definition of Done for quality standards
  • Support test documentation and QA best practices for developer onboarding

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of QA experience in software engineering environments
  • Proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
  • Strong experience testing Java-based applications (Spring Framework is a plus)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
  • Familiarity with performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP)
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a quality-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across functions

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and single-tenant deployment models
  • Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or interest in applying AI to quality engineering

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to build and maintain robust, scalable backend systems for our platform. You will work within a cross-functional Agile pod, collaborating closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and technical leads to deliver high-quality features that support configurable enterprise workflows. This role focuses on core backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and AWS infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Develop and optimize APIs that support frontend features and integrations
  • Collaborate with team members to break down complex business needs into maintainable technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and support automated testing pipelines
  • Work with AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3) in the context of single-tenant SaaS deployments
  • Contribute to application performance tuning, security, and scalability improvements

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of backend development experience with Java

  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS RDS)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Lead to drive execution across one or more development pods supporting the AurosIQ AI platform.

 

This role is responsible for ensuring predictable sprint delivery, strengthening accountability, improving quality outcomes, and maintaining alignment between product roadmap priorities and engineering execution.


This is not a ceremonial Scrum role. We are looking for an operational leader who can improve delivery discipline, remove blockers, and raise performance standards across distributed teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead hybrid Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives)

 

  • Ensure sprint goals align with product roadmap priorities

 

  • Drive predictable delivery and reduce sprint carryover
    Track and report key metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, defect trends)

 

  • Identify risks early and escalate appropriately
    Promote continuous improvement across development pods

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Product Management to refine and prioritize backlog

 

  • Work closely with Architecture and DevOps to align technical strategy with sprint execution

 

  • Support defect triage and quality improvement initiatives

 

  • Provide delivery transparency to executive leadership

 

Team Performance & Accountability

  • Reinforce ownership and accountability within distributed teams

 

  • Remove operational blockers impacting productivity
    Improve estimation discipline and backlog hygiene

 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement without unnecessary process overhead

  • Ability to balance process discipline with pragmatic execution

 

Preferred:
